In the heart of the Ballarò district, Flowery Floor Apartments are located on the second floor of a 1930s building with no elevator.

The name refers to the original floors decorated with floral patterns, carefully restored to preserve their authentic beauty.

From the recent renovation of a three-room flat, two independent and fully equipped apartments were created:

– Flowery Floor Apartment, a one-bedroom apartment with living area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony;

– Flowery Floor Studio, a studio apartment with a double bed, kitchen, bathroom, and small balcony.

The apartments can be rented separately or combined into a single solution, ideal for accommodating up to four people.
